Welcome to Copake Connect! We are so excited to be sharing our space with you. Space to work, to collaborate, to mentor, to get headroom. Enjoy wifi, full printer access, a kitchen with snacks and coffee, and our lounge area while you're here.
WHAT IS CO-WORKING?
Coworking has taken a leap forward in our business world as technology has evolved. Individuals (often freelancers, remote workers, entrepreneurs, or small teams) share a common workspace, typically in a flexible, communal environment.
This gives you a more collaborative experience for folks across a variety of industries / expertise. And unlike a coffee shop or library, the focus is on a professional environment of work and collaboration.
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO RENT SPACE?
Absolutely not! That’s what makes us different from other spaces. Book the time you need and only what you need.
GETTING STARTED
It’s as easy as 1-2-3:

and create your profile

2. Sign our Member Agreement / Community Guidelines.
You’ll get an email with this to e-sign once you finish your profile.

3. Download our app and book away!
We're using the Optix App which you can find in the App and Play Stores for mobile and desktop use. NOTE: The app only works once the above two steps are complete.
HOW DO I GET IN?
We have no receptionist and your safety is of utmost importance to us. So, access is restricted to only the timeslot you reserved. A virtual unlock button is found in our app. Once you’re at the front door, just “click” the unlock button for access. Pull the door open when the sensor to the left is green.
AM I SAFE?
Your safety is of utmost importance to us. This is why we check everyone’s valid form of ID. Also, while this space does not have your typical reception, access is ONLY granted to those who have paid.
As an added layer of protection, we have installed very unobtrusive cameras inside and outside the space. We will NOT be using these to publish anything on social media or other media. They are solely used for the safety of our guests and property.
WHAT'S THIS ABOUT FULL-TIME RESIDENTS?
We want to serve our local community. Upon ID verification, full-time area residents can enjoy a 10% discount on all bookings. To qualify for the full-time resident discount, your valid form of ID will confirm your full-time location. We will NOT use your information for anything else.
Your ID should include addresses within a 20-mile radius of Copake, NY:
PARKING
Literally, it's right outside our doors in the Municipal Parking Lot! How great is that? There are great eating spots with plenty of food/beverage choices within walking distance of our space. Check out our site for links for everything right outside our doors.
The parking behind our building is reserved for our residents only.
MINDFUL SPACE
Please note that this is a shared, communal space to be enjoyed by all users. We appreciate your manners, cleanliness and thoughtfulness when using this new facility. Copake Connect is proud to be an ADA compliant space.
PETS
We love our pets! But, due to the shared workspace environment, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. If you have a certified service animal, please let us know in advance.
