Meet the Founder: Stephanie Gould Rabin

Stephanie Gould Rabin is the Founder and Community Architect of Copake Connect and serves as EVP and COO at Holborn Corporation. With more than 30 years in insurance, reinsurance, and InsurTech, she’s known for connecting strategy, operations, and innovation to drive meaningful change. Stephanie also founded MentToBe, a mentoring platform that helps professionals grow through one-on-one connections. She holds degrees from McGill University and NYU, is a member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists and is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
