Meet the Founder: Stephanie Gould Rabin

Stephanie Gould Rabin is the Founder and Community Architect of Copake Connect and the founder of MentToBe, a mentoring platform designed to foster meaningful one-on-one professional connections. A longtime executive in the insurance, reinsurance, and InsurTech industries, she brings more than 30 years of experience leading strategy, operations, innovation, and community-building initiatives that create lasting impact. Stephanie holds degrees from McGill University and New York University, is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
