Stephanie Rabin is a strategic advisor and corporate executive who helps organizations navigate complexity, accelerate growth, and turn ambitious visions into measurable results.
Known for combining analytical rigor with a deep understanding of organizational and human dynamics, Stephanie has a unique ability to see what others miss. Drawing on her background as a credentialed actuary and organizational psychologist, she looks beyond symptoms to uncover root causes, helping leaders gain clarity on the challenges standing in the way of growth, alignment, and execution.
Over more than 30 years in executive and enterprise leadership roles, Stephanie has led strategy, operational transformation, organizational redesign, M&A integration, and growth initiatives across complex global organizations. By translating complexity into action and connecting strategy, people, processes, and execution, she helps organizations move from insight to action—and from action to sustainable results.
Having spent her career advising and partnering with C-suite leaders, boards, and executive teams, Stephanie brings both strategic perspective and practical execution to the challenges organizations face today.
